Cahalane Family

Every family has a Mira. The stubborn one. Add that together with the age and it makes for a great picture. I am fully aware that I have this type of child myself, (if you remember my Christmas card) and it's funny to me that I find it so adorable on other children and so frustrating with mine. I guess that's how it works. Anyway, they are the most adorable family. The dogs were awesome and everyone looked great. I wish I could pull off the pixie cut like this mother daughter duo. Beware, the cuteness level is overwhelming!

About Me

My photo
mclifeportraits
It all started when I was 5 years old when I received my very first camera. The coolest part was that it was shaped like Mickey Mouse's face. I ran outside, took my first picture of the snow, and wound it so many times I broke it. I guess you could say my passion for photography was evident even then! Seventeen years later I graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor's in photo iIllustration, with a dream of keeping the spirit of that little five-year-old girl inside me. For the past 10 years I have been truly enjoying my calling, photographing children, families, high school seniors, weddings and many other events. I believe photos are our way of marking the memories, of holding on to what's dear and pure in our lives. The creased dimple on a newborn's face, the mile-wide smile of a bride-to-be, a toddler grasping her father's leg - those are the sweet moments life is made of. Let me capture those moments for you. ~ Amanda Flavelle
