baby surprise....revealed

It's a BOY! Back in March I photographed this adorable family. When I asked big sister Lilly if she was having a baby brother or sister she replied, "I don't know it's a baby surprise." It was so cute. Well, turns out it was a baby brother. She fell right into her big sister role effortlessly. The session went great! Little Jaxon is breathtaking, handsome and strong. At only two weeks he gathered all his strength and lifted his head for me. Amazing! Congratulations Adam and Mandy!

waiting for baby Tommy....

My little nephew is due in June and I can't wait to meet him. With all the girls around, it's going to be nice to have a boy to spoil. We joke that he doesn't stand a chance with Maya and Callie. Someday they will have him wearing dresses and high heels. Poor guy. Lori and Ian are anxiously awaiting his arrival. It was so cute to see all the baby gear set up and ready to be used. They are ready!

Welcome Violette!

Violette came into this world with a large amount of gorgeous dark hair. She is so beautiful! She was sleeping well for me in the beginning and then she woke up. Boy did she wake up. Let's just say she has a healthy pair of lungs. Totally normal newborn behavior. I love it. She joins her big sister Vivienne (the sweet little girl with the cupcakes). They are going to get into all kinds of trouble together. Congrats Folks!Add Image

Happy Nurse's week!

This is personal for me! My husband is a nurse at Akron General and just received the Barbara Donaho Distinguished Leadership in Learning Award. He was nominated by a KSU professor for his work as a preceptor. Compared to the other recipients, he has a lot less experience so it was a huge honor. His family is very proud of him. Congratulations honey:)

little Indian princess

Little Kiran is nothing less than breathtaking. Her beautiful eyes pop in all of the portraits. All her outfits were so cute, especially the Indian attire. I had alot of fun with her and she really only fussed a little when we did the clothing changes. I had a really hard time picking my favorites. There were so many.
